Inspired by cannabis fiber bags and wallets he’d seen, Bernardo turned to an unlikely collaborator: his grandmother Otília, who has over 50 years of textile experience. Together, they spent more than a year working with suppliers worldwide to develop the world's first waterproof hemp shoe, launching a new category of sustainable casual footwear.
